- Rented online through Sparefoot but when it came up with the confirmation the price was more than quoted. Midgard actually called me to confirm the rental and to make sure everything was ok before I could even contact them. They sorted out the pricing with no issues at all. We moved in and service was still excellent in person. Everything was explained to us and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

- We needed a last minute spot for our in closed trailer. We were so happy with our person on the phone, getting us help setting things up with location and price. Then when we arrived at the storage location, the staff went out of her way to help us with this new experience with doing this and showing us the spot to park our trailer. So very helpful when you haven't done this before and in a unfamiliar area. Couldn't be more pleased with the overall service.
