- the local offices are great, people are friendly but I have 2 instances to report. I vacated a unit 1125 and got a move out receipt saying: fees may apply upon full inspection. I called to find out is it were inspected and ask for a new form and Virgie Johnson told me you don't do that!!! I started another contract at 1800 ten point lane and still do not have any further information; no contract; no account number. Your administrative office is terrible and that is the reason for my rating. If you call me I can give you more information.

- The actual check in process wasn't bad, but making an appointment certainly didn't seem to speed the process along whatsoever. Not only that, when I got there the gates were wide open because "management was coming to inspect the place and they needed to have access"???? So, I did not get any chance to try out my gate code. When I went this morning to make sure the keys I had made for the lock I was required to buy from this place worked, I followed two other customers into the gated "secure" area. Some security! Then, when I went to leave, my gate code would NOT open the gate. I called my hubby at home to make sure that they had written it down correctly (I had to set up a new account on PS to see my code, even though I already have an account at another location) and the code was allegedly correct. I was not pleased to be locked into the gated area at 7 am. I was on the phone with the Sanford FL police department when someone else pulled up to get into the gated area (luckily) so I was only "stuck" inside for about 15 min. But that was a HUGE inconvenience. When I called this morning, the first time I was hung up on and then the chick in training is calling the DM to find out what is going on. I want to speak with the DM too.

- I had a great experience at this location. Rebekah was a great help, got everything done quickly and very friendly. Only thing I dislike which has nothing to do with the staff at this location is the insurance policy requirement. I think it's a bit ridiculous to require it and for $11 a month. If I sign a paper saying I won't hold PS liable for any damage then they are in the clear. I suggest people get TentantOne storage unit insurance. Only $5 a month. Other than that convienant location and friend staff.
