- I have stored my things in many public storage units and have yet to experience great customer service like I do when I speak with their employee Burgundi. I recently lost the keys to my unit and she was more then helpful with replacing them, asking if I needed the old one cut, informing me of a refund if I find the missing keys, etc. She even had the doors to the office open a few minutes early when I arrived worrying about my unit, which was extremely helpful since I had a cranky 9 month old!! She has been very helpful from the beginning and I will definitely be returning to this location in the future!
