- Very easy to use and easy to navigate, I love the online feature, I went directly to the site it showed me all the offers then all I had to do was just look to see what size I needed it told me what was available where exactly it would be located and all the features that it would have and allowed me to reserve and secure and even pay and do everything online, and explained how everything would work and I could pre-register online or at the store and the pre-registration online makes it so easy so you just walk in and get your key and access code and you’re on your way. They also explain all the possibilities of insurance and many extra features that they have if you would like to add anything. Great customer service and I was in and out from start to finish all five minute’s. We have always used public storage and always refer it to our friends and will continue to do that! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

- The online price said $47 a month for the unit I wanted. I get to the office she tells me no it's $51 a month. By the time I signed the paperwork it says $53 a month. When I told her the online price said $47 a month she told me it was because that was a group rate or something.i took the you didn't but I am looking for another storage place
