The gentleman that assisted me was very nice and enthusiastic, but there were issues with the new software and it took a long time to get the paperwork going. They did not have any units available for the deal so I ended up paying $150 more than I expected. I do not like when there are gotchas like that. Otherwise everything else went fine.
