- Moving is stressful and overwhelming, and I've done it 15 times in 17 years! I'm a loyal customer of Public Storage (my locks have their stickers on them already!), but as with many things every location doesn't provide the same level of service. When I came into this location Archie was in trainee-mode, but I could tell immediately that he was going to become an asset to Public Storage. He has a natural affinity for customer service, and you can tell that he genuinely likes people. In just a few days, Teresa (the Property Manager) was out for a few days, and Archie was at the property alone. He handled an issue that I had without being freaked out or nervous. He was handling another customer when I came in, and I've been having some difficulty with my leg, but he immediately offered me a seat while he finished up with that transaction, and he didn't miss a beat! Working with him was a pleasure, and I wish him well at Public Storage! Now, let's talk about Teresa. As I said, I've had a few moves. I can say, without a doubt, that Teresa has been THE BEST Property Manager that I've dealt with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and easy-going which helps cause I was a wreck and physically distressed, so much so that I crashed my car into my moving truck during move #1! You won't find a better person to handle your move, and I know that I'm in good hands with her around. Thank you, Teresa, for all of your patience and assistance!
