- The people working here are extremely friendly. My problem lies in the a/c. In May, the interior was so cool I thought it was wonderful moving in here. Now the temperature inside is as bad as outside for the past 2 weeks. I don't think it's fair to pay the same for a climate control unit as the non-climate control units. Within minutes of being inside, I'm sweating. Also, no one seems to clean inside the building. I see the same dirt, paper, and dead bugs on the floor for several weeks. I have not mentioned anything, but I don't think I should have to. UPDATE: After a couple of weeks, it seems that the air has been adjusted, the place is cleaner, and some issues have been fixed. There is still a problem with the auto lights not going on in the aisle towards the restrooms, but I don't know if they are aware of that.

Im not paying $155 for a 10x10 storage unit with Extra Space Storage and Im beyond happy with my that price, location and cleanliness of the facility.
