I called beforehand and said I was going to be late and the employee or manager who answered said that they would wait longer until after they closed for me and I thought it was very nice and considerate of him. - I have been paying monthly for approximately 2 1/2 years for a small aid conditioned unit to store important documents and personal items at Midgard storage located at 10810 Internet Place, Bradenton, Fl. 34211. On Nov. 3, 2021 I opened my unit to retrieve folding chairs. I noticed that there was water on the floor and that a number of the boxes had water stains. I went to the front office and the "manager" came to the unit and viewed the water problem. He said that he would call the air conditioning company (assuming that was the problem) and I would receive a phone call immediately thereafter. Nothing. On Nov. 12 I went back to the unit and saw that the water damage had spread throughout the unit although it appeared dry. I went to the office to see what had transpired and the lady had no clue and stated that the manager was not there. Great. I can only assume that numerous boxes are ruined and that contents are moldy as well as luggage stored in the unit. There appears to be no one in charge of this place.

- I must say, renting at the Apex road, Sarasota location has been a breath of fresh air and a great experience (and I know, in the aftermath of the hurricanes, we all need people to just take a moment to care about & be fair about something like storage units that are desperately needed right now). I worked with Sue and she was very, very helpful. I was looking for a 10'x30' storage unit; but they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have one available; but Sue found two different 10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢x15ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢, drive-up units, nearby each other & located where I could pull my trailer up to the unit and easily unload; and best of all, for both units, I am paying about half what other places are charging a single 10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢x30ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ unit. For 10x months now, I have been renting at the Extra Space in Englewood and everyone I have dealt with there has also been great. So, I highly recommend any of the Extra Space locations! I think the employees really work hard and care; so if you need a storage at a very fair price, just tell them what you have to store and I know they will go out of their way to help you; just like they did for me.

- We used StorQuest prior to moving until midgard. StorQuest is a nightmare! Those people are crocks, they try and sometimes succeed in taking your belongings. Midgard isn't as shiny but they stay out the way
