- Good facility-clean but older so in need of paint and resurfacing of driveways. Small parking area in front of office makes for a bit on inconvenience when first signing up. Staff is friendly and helpful. Once you get signed up, the parking is a non-issue. Location is good--have to wait for light to change on the corner to get out into busy 22nd Ave N which can be awkward during rush hours--all okay since the price was right.
