- I have an autopay set up on this account. Every single time I have called due to the email every month that I have received stating amount owed and every single conversation with the owner, she said itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a new accounting system. Then all of a sudden they charged me $294 because their autopay didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. Instead of working with me, the lady at the end of the line said my lease is terminated. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m in the military and we have storage because of moving. This lady didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even try to resolve the obvious computer issues they have. The storage area have been broken into before. No cameras covering the whole lot and no gates. Their solution? Call the people leasing the units to ask if they have seen something.
