- The facility is cool, new and clean and provide carts which really help. However, the price I initially reserved increased because it wasn't booked right away although I was ready to do so but was told to wait until the day before? Also the price will increase quite a bit after 6 months or so and I wasn't made aware that was going to happen. Lisa was great with her service.

- I was told that an on site manager would meet me to set up the rental. I made a reservation. I was told that a manager would call me in 20 minutes. No call was ever received.So, I called back. That "fact" was verified in a second call. I was assured someone would be there. The site was actually completely unmanned. There were no instructions, nor even a mention of setting up a rental on the kiosk in instructions even with a reservation number. I had to make another call to the company & they set it up on the phone then. It was very frustrating. Once I got past the initial misinformation, I found the storage site and the unit very nice.
