- Everything good, except the moving carts wheels don't lock and the handle does not lock in place, both causing near major accidents/breakage. Lastly, the bump at the entrance is ok, if you don't have a heavy load. With a heavy load and, the handle not locking in, it's a real pain in the rear to get the cart over the threshold. Concrete dust a little bad, but I guess that's because it's new.

- Prime Storage is a really nice facility with 3 levels. The elevators are large and padded, and there are flat dollies at the entrances (if people bring them back). The office has moving supplies and locks for the units if you need one. Nicole helped me with the rental and she was professional, speedy, and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the place is and am glad I chose Prime Storage.
