- I was able to reserve online and I was amazed at the price. Very affordable. I believe Storage King has the ability to be the leader in their industry. But the customer service aspect must be addressed because it is a large deterrent. I had questions about my reservation but found it difficult to find anyone to talk to. There was no one in the front office during business hours. There was no one to call except the option to leave a message. The online confirmation was not clear on where the unit was or next steps on more in. I called the central phone number and the general customer service agents didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem to know anymore than I did and told me I had to go in the office when someone was there (which was a toss of a coin when that would be). I had already tried to go during regular business hours and there was no one there. On my second trip that I took to try to figure out my confirmation, there was someone in the office. Once I was able to get help, then everything went smoothly. I think the storage unit is very nice, clean, and affordable. I would just recommend having a phone number that actually works for the front office (instead of only being allowed to leave a message), have someone in the office during business hours (or leave a sign saying when they will return), and training the central customer service to be able to answer basic questions.

- I had a storage unit at this facility for a little while and it was fine up until last December. We had payed the bill for our unit and had until the first of January,2023 to get our belongings out or make another payment. Well we came in on the 27th or the 28th of December to get our belongings out of the unit and move it to our homeﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s when we were told me couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get into or go to our unit any longer. We were past due and they had auctioned off our stuff. However it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the first of the year yet, so they had absolutely no right to do so. This place is terrible and I do NOT recommend it for or to anyone at all ever. We lost memories and items from my boyfriends father whom is now deceased. We will and canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ever get those things back thanks to this place.
