But then I met Rosy at this Public Storage location and Eddy at nearly adjacent sister location and they were both extremely helpful! Eddy mentioned availability at next door location referring me to Rosy whom gave me a great price, nearly half the price of another and professional friendly service! - Some issues with the price : Original reservation # 573740293 was made on July 15, 2018, by the internet and the price was a monthly rate of US$ 64.00 ( 5'x10' unit) plus $1 first month rent and one-time admin $ 24, with the move in date of Sunday 07/22/2018. I have problems to move on that date to the storage and I was called for rescheduling for next Sunday 07/29/18. But the reservation was rescheduled for your office by mistake for "Monday" 07/30/18. When I went to the office Storage they told me I need to "cancel" this reservation and open a new one, but with another price. I have now the print of the original reservation with the original price of $64.00, so please review your files. Also, please, let the customer know that he could bring his own padlock or must to buy one on the storage. Thank You.

The customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! & feeling comfortable enough to ask the customer service personnel for any kind of assistance is a great tribute to the people working there. - TERRIBLE move in experience. Wish I had checked this location out before signing up. I arrived 12/24 well within office hours with an SUV loaded with heavy boxes that I was moving from another storage. 1) The office was closed 2) THEY HAD NO CARTS TO MOVE YOUR ITEMS. In EVERY storage facility there are plenty of heavy duty carts so you can move boxes and heavy things from your car and within the facility. If they get stolen then the facility needs to do a better job policing them but they must still provide them. It is impossible without them. Inside the closed office you could see the two or three carts they do have locked up out of reach. No one answered the phone. So I had to buy one. BUT since my car was full of boxes there was no room for the cart!! I was totally screwed. It tool me 3 additional hours and $200. I missed Christmas eve dinner with my family,
