He has been bending over backwards for us to make sure that we have an easy move-in. The moving company that we hired was trying to charge us an extra $300 to carry our furniture to our unit, which was towards the back. Nick heard this and did whatever he had to do to so that we wouldn't get charged the extra fee. He treated our problems as if they were his own. The support of Nick and his staff completely made our move easy, I'm happy knowing that my valuables are stored at this brand new location with such a caring staff. 5 stars and then some.
