- I missed my payment due to loss of job, a $20 fee was added. That’s fine, but when I was late then the second month by a week, I went to my account to pay it after starting a new job, and there are over $120 late fees added this month and goes up every day. I keep trying to call and message and even call main company number and still no answer only option to leave voicemail which they don’t return call. DONT BE LATE!! Must not have read the fine print. Just terrible customer service, they want me to pay but they can’t even answer a phone there.

- Illegal lock out on a prepaid unit.!! No notice. Just a green lock on the unit when I arrived with a truck to unload. Unit was leased to me (and paid) a week ago. Office closed and no emergency number to call. Responded to Manager's "thank you" email to tell her of issue and email came back as an unknown address. What a horrible way to run a business. She seemed very nice. But this is truly terrible, as well as totally illegal.

- We cleaned out our storage unit, 5 x 10, the end of March. We had paid for the month of April, which we feel should of been reimbursed to us. $ 110.00. The office said there was no way to reimburse us the the April rent. A lot of money with what is going on with the economy and being senior citizens. Not very good management.
