- Carmen is the manager and she's very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The only problem is there open until 9:00 p.m. which is after dark and there is absolutely no light . Bad enough , there's no light in storage unit ,also no outside lights. It was literally pitch dark in and outside my storage. Very inconvenient, dangerous, especially for people that are alone. I've used storage facilities for 40 plus years and never experienced this and I know public storage is a reputable company. Very disappointed. I had to run an extension cord ( half a football field distance away ) and tap into a building for electricity to move my property into my 10 X 20 storage unit so I could safely unload my budget truck. Again, very disappointed in public storage. Very unsafe . At least, Carmen the manager was awesome. Whom I met during the day ,before nightfall. Of course, Carmen wouldn't of been able to do anything. I do not blame her . This is also , my first time to rent from Public Storage , in over 40 years of continuously renting storage units for my property. I was honestly, put off by their pricing.
