- We love to use this particular Public Storage in Fort Myers and have rented a unit or two for several months during each of the past four years. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, as well as very efficient and professional. The location is right in the midst of Fort Myers, but is off the beaten path and is away from the traffic and noise. The units have always been clean and maintained well when we have taken one over and we strive to leave our unit as clean when we vacate.

- I had requested to begin storage on 9/1 (new month). I was encouraged to come into the office a day or two sooner to complete leasing documents and unit assignment. I went to the office on 8/30 and was charged retroactive for the 2 days remaining in August. I could have come in just as easily on 9/1. So through their 'encouragement/sale' they made a few more dollars. I thought it was for the convenience of the staff.

- Trisha was/is amazing! I had such a good time while in there, I had almost forgotten all of the work I had ahead of me. She explained everything so well I couldn't come up with a single question at the end. The office was also one of the cleanest and well organized work areas I've ever seen! I certainly hope Public Storage appreciates what a representative they have here. I'd recommend sending trainees to her in hopes they would pick up some her traits.

- Great staff, I am a repeat customer and have recommended others to this storage because of the wonderful service that I received. I especially want to point out Trisha for the many years that I have rented with this particular location she has been so understanding and she does a wonderful job of contacting me when ever their is something going on that I need to know. She is honestly one of the main reasons I returned to this location when I needed to store my belongings again. So I say thank you Trisha your awesome!! If your looking for a storage this location is perfect.

- This is my first time using a storage facility so I was not sure what to expect. I received a followup call from Trisha shortly after i booked my reservation online, she was checking to see what time I would be in because she wanted to make sure I received fast efficient service when I arrive. Once I arrive, I found Trisha to be professional, courteous and have a passions for excellent customer service. She took me around and explain the layout of the clean well maintained facility and she have me look at the unit to make sure I was getting the one that best serve my needs. She obviously cares about customer satisfaction. I also called a few places in the area and she had the lowest prices. I highly recommend this Public Storage facility for excellence in customer service, the appearance and cleanliness of the facility and for its fair pricing...

- The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They gave suggestions about how to save a few dollars and go to the website and reserve a unit we were interested in renting as we were still shopping around. This held our unit for up to a week. We came back the next day and took it because the unit was exactly what we needed in size, location and accessibility. The property is very clean, unit was clean and location is perfect.
