Went back the next day and they were unable to show unit because of their lock system being down. I returned to the office only to be chewed out by property manager Jessica for entering through the wrong door. At this point I will take my business elsewhere.

- Illegal lock out on a prepaid unit.!! No notice. Just a green lock on the unit when I arrived with a truck to unload. Unit was leased to me (and paid) a week ago. Office closed and no emergency number to call. Responded to Manager's "thank you" email to tell her of issue and email came back as an unknown address. What a horrible way to run a business. She seemed very nice. But this is truly terrible, as well as totally illegal.

- This facility is a five-star hotel for your belongings, the building is cleaner then a hospital and the staff go above and beyond, and the level of security they have assured me my stuff is as safe as if were in a bank vault- the elevators only work with your personalized code and will not even allow you to go to any other floor but your own and each door is the rolling shutter door not chain link fencing so there is complete privacy. No other storage place compares!
