- Great service BUT the price guaranteed me in writing with the email confirmation I still have in my email messages said $79.00. When I arrived I was told there was no such price offered and that the price would be $91 plus add ons which I understood of admin fee and insurance. We were in a hurry and had spent all day getting ready for this move and I had no energy or time to argue and went along for the ride. I did choose a smaller unit in the end but the issue of promised price versus actual cost sticks in my gut. I do not blame the girl at the desk who was very professional but there is a communication issue between between their website and their stores.

One problem is the mice in the unit. They go from the unit next to mine into mine. We watched. I can not store anything like beds and closet items that they will get into.
