- I had been looking online at storage places nearby. At first I settled for the closest place because it was only $20 or so more expensive than what I’d found on average. Then my Google search led me to SpareFoot, and I stumbled upon this place—for the 10’x10’ it was temperature controlled (unlike the initial place I looked) AND it wasn’t even half the price if I opted for a unit that wasn’t on the first floor. When I checked in to get my unit, the gentleman behind the desk was so helpful and friendly and wanted to better understand why I was looking for storage and what I was looking for in a storage facility. Overall a great experience!

- Everything was great about the move-in to the storage unit except the elevator. The elevator door would rapidly close on you when loading the elevator. One person had to load the elevator while one person had to hold the door. This was very inefficient and frustrating. Just be prepared for this when using the elevator

- Perfect for what i needed. Only downside is you can not access your unit after 6pm. For those with full time jobs and dealing with Denver traffic, you have to really plan how to get here before it closes. Does not make sense to me as you are given your own personal code for the gate. But great workers and clean units.

- I had been a good customer of this facility for three years. This facility has changed management since I first moved in. I would have given it 5 stars under the previous management, now it doesn't even deserve 1 star. In a nine month period, my rate was increased twice (with no notice): when contacted about the increase, the manager (Matt) told me he could increase the rates every month if he wanted to. When I went to move out, my belongs were covered with mouse droppings and there was a dead mouse in my couch. I contacted Matt and he simply told me to contact my insurance company and "thanks for the heads up" - not sorry or is there anything I can do? - horrible customer service. Also, I called the district manager for this facility three times (and left messages) before I moved out - he never returned my phone calls.
