- This storage facility doesn't have a set increase 6 mon or annual rental prices. The owner decides when and how often Owner wants to increase and how much. Public Storage Facilites have a 6month increase giving you time to save and relocate or your home is ready for move in. As I said this facility is good for a month service or two. Be aware of pricing when looking at offers and deals they double after promotion ends. I do not want anyone to lose their hard worked belongings because storage owners abuse our needs.
