- The gentleman in the office was unprofessional and made it abundantly clear that he was irritated. It took almost an hour to get my storage unit and he was being so nasty to me that It became evident his unprofessional behavior needed to be documented by video recording on my mobile device. He wanted to to pay for everything after telling him and showing him my confirmation emails that clearly state I already paid over the phone and signed all paperwork and contract digitally through docusign. He insisted I do it all again because he didn’t believe it had been done. So he made all new forms and contracts and told me I had to fill it all out, and continued to tell me I needed to pay for the unit and lock and insurance even though I already paid fir it all over the phone. I feel like that’s the customer service I can expect from this location and I do t want to go back now.

- Everything went well. The storage was a perfect fit. And I even ended up getting the unit for the promotion of $1 for the 1st month when they orginally gave me 50% off, so that was a plus. A negative was after signing everything they called me the next day stating I had to return to sign the contract. That was an inconvenience. Also they have a bird nesting above the stairs where my unit is and there is bird droppings all over the stairs and that's just unsanitary. Other then those two things everything else was good.
