- Jeanette the property manager was great. Helpful and polite
I was a little nervous about going in to the rental office because of the COVID19.
Jeanette was reassuring that everything was clean and safe. The office was clean and inviting and Jeanette was so quick and efficient when processing my paperwork that I was out there within 30 minutes!
I'd like to Thank Jeanette for her assistance and patience and her caring manner. She saw that I was having a hard time during this pandemic and she was understanding and patient with me as i decided what to do about storage.
Jeanette is a superstar!
thank you!

- everything is good...the only thing that I had trouble with is the small step after the entrance to the inside unit. It would be better if in had a small mini step or kerf in front...wheels of the dolly kept getting hung up...getting in the door was ok but the step going to the next level was so close to the door and it would close rapidly and made it difficult to pull the dolly up.

- I was concerned about my house sale and moving into another smaller place and wondered what I could do with all the stuff I couldn't fit into my new place. I called Public Storage and was directed to a location where I could store safely my things and could go in my own time and weed thru the items as my time allowed. After determining the storage size I required I spoke to the property manager Anthony in Irwindale ca. and he was extremely helpful in helping me thru the process and allayed any fears I may have had in storing my things in such a location. He offered insurance in a reasonable price but reassured me the propery was very secure with cameras and personal security codes for to use to gain entry into a very secure location. I am very happy I chose Public storage as my safe keeping place and would recommened all others to go speak to a Public Storage property manager and you will see it is the best place to store your things.

- On Monday September 30th I came to the storage at 5:30p to load items into my new storage. There was no one in the office and no one answered the phone numbers. By the time I saw the employee through gate it was about 10 minutes to six. I had to pay an extra day for the rental truck.

- I got there almost at closing and they told me where my unit was but forgot to unlock it for me. And by the time I got stuff down from truck and to unit the office was closed so wasn't able to store my stuff and ended up having to keep in the truck rental and paying extra day for the truck smh only thing i didnt like since it was not my fault but theirs on not unlocking my unit, but as far as the place it's a new facility everything is clean and nice they give you a code and have to punch it in on every door and elevator its a little time consuming but there than that I like the code instead of a key

Finding and renting trusted self-storage facilities in Baldwin Park, California is now easier through MoversCorp. Compare options and rent storage near you with just a few clicks. We provide the convenience of reserving affordable storage units online or by phone. No credit card or long-term contract is required. Consider us as your solution for finding and reserving a storage facility throughout California, including options for mini storage units and storage containers to suit a variety of needs. The cheapest storage unit in your area may not always be the best choice. Please consider the following factors when selecting a storage unit in Baldwin Park, California.
- Monthly rates are based on features such as 24/7 access, climate control, facility security, location, and overall demand in your area.
- For household goods, the most common storage unit sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, and 10X15. For added flexibility, some companies also offer portable mini storage units for rent for temporary residential use that can be delivered to your property or hauled by you for on-site storage.
- Many facilities offer larger unit sizes for commercial and business storage, like 10x20 or 10x30. These sizes are ideal for storing office equipment, inventory, or business records. These sizes can also accommodate vehicles, making them a great option for car storage.
- Most storage facilities require insurance for stored items. If you don’t have your own policy, you may need to buy one through the facility, adding about $15 to $50 to your storage rental cost each month. Some places also charge a refundable deposit or an administrative fee when you move in. Always ask about these costs and refund conditions before signing a lease.
- Storage facilities with flexible leases allow you to rent on a month-to-month basis. Be aware that storage unit price increases are common. Many customers say their rates go up after a few months, sometimes more than once a year. Since storage rentals are month-to-month, facilities can raise prices with proper notice. Ask about potential rate increases before committing to a unit.
- The monthly rent will also depend on whether a facility offers climate-controlled units or only drive-up units. Climate-controlled units cost more than drive-up units or storage containers.
- Most locations have digital keypad access, which provides you with your personal access code. Check with the office for availability.
- Consider drive-up access for easier loading and unloading, especially for heavy or bulky items.
- Some facilities may provide extra room or rental space for public use, such as areas for organizing or handling your stored items. Contact the property manager to confirm availability.
- Check for online reviews and recommendations. Local experts can guide renters to facilities that stay available and maintain reliable service during peak demand.
- Ask the office about the preventive security measures for safeguarding the location. Facilities with experienced staff often maintain stronger daily oversight by monitoring access logs and responding quickly to tenant concerns.
Are there free storage deals in Baldwin Park, California?
Many companies offer promotions for new customers, such as a free first month. Search by your zip code or distance to locate cheap storage units that come with the first month free and other decent storage discounts. Take advantage of specials if you're a first-time renter.
How do I find the cheapest storage in Baldwin Park?
You can sort by price, from low to high, to find affordable options on our website. Away from the city center, you have a better chance of finding inexpensive storage rental solutions. The facility's size and amenities affect the monthly price.
What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
You have easy access to your unit when it is an outdoor unit. If the unit is indoors, you must first enter the building to get to it.
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The property's operating hours are during office hours. The store manager will be on duty to help you with your questions. If you have questions or need help outside these hours, look up the property's phone number to contact the leasing office directly. The gate hours determine when you can enter the property and use your unit.
