- The unit still had a padlock on it when we arrived. This was even after the guy on the phone said he would remove it. This makes two attempts to move in without success!! We had to rent the moving truck an extra day due to his incompetance! Very unhappy and this was after we already told them that the lock was on there from day before when we tried to move in!! Public Storage should give us a credit for the lost day, and pay for the extra day of having to rent the UHaul Truck plus the extra gas and mileage driving back and forth from the hotel to storage facility. All due to lack of customer service!! Unacceptable!!
