And maybe your security measures are vital, but its inconvenient to come into the office and leave ID just to use the (chained and locked) dolly-cart to load and unload AFTER entering the premises via gate code. Then having to go through the process to return the dolly-cart. And all the while, having to circle the building to get to the "ONE" working elevator which, incidentally, is farthest from my storage unit.
