- First off when I was sent the email with my unit number and the gate/door code whoever sent that email did not include the * or the # so when I got to the gate I was just entering the numerical digits and could not get in the gate. I had to wait for someone to come out so I could get in. I had an interior unit so I knew it was going to be inside the building but there were no letters on the doors to indicate which building was which. Drove up to the office and found where my unit was supposed to be. Drove back to the unit but again because I didn't not know I needed the * and # signs I could not open the door. Drove BACK up to the office to find out what the problem was. Drove back to the unit and it took my THREE tries to get the door open because you have to push in before you pull and you have to do it before the door locks again.
