- Overall it is a convenient place to store some seasonal stuff, since I live on base. The price is reasonable, but I feel I got ripped off over the entire summer for paying for a "cooled" storage unit that had broken swamp coolers the entire summer. There were never any open storage units on the ground floor, which would have been better, so my stuff bore the brunt of the sweltering heat all summer long. Long line of excuses about how the 1 guy prioritized the apartments...hey, hire another guy! People who run the joint are nice enough, and security is a plus. Wish I'd have gotten a summer refund, however, due to not getting what I paid for...the only 4 months that are THE reason why I got a cooled unit.
