- The person would not take the confirmation number. At first she wouldn't give us the discount, until we told her we had spoken to Chris at Sparefoot and he had told us about the discount. Then she suddenly remembered that there was a discount off on the first month. She didn't give clear directions as to where our unit was and we drove around looking for it, we came back to her and she told us it was in the same building as her office. Not a good experience but we made it work.

- The staff, I believe her name is Kim, was super professional and helpful. If she was out on the grounds, she left a phone number at the office door and came immediately to answer my questions. On my move in day, she was near my building, and showed me the nearest door to my unit. She even went with me to be sure I didn't have any trouble with my lock.She seems to love her job and it shows. Just a great employee.
