- Easy to reserve online and lock in price, quick and friendly call from the location manager to verify and confirm details . Paperwork was easy and all online . I picked up my lock and dropped off my papers at the office , but also could of done it all No contact just as easily as the manager explained over the phone . Unit is super clean! Way cheaper and larger than other units in the south Scottsdale area. And I even had a welcome bag and goodies inside when I opened the unit door! Also the manager is super friendly and knowledgeable which is a huge plus , ( I work as a District Manager in the apparel retail field so that’s a deal sealer , or breaker for me )

- The person at the counter had no idea what he was doing. He was incredibly slow and inept at his job. It was a very painful process and I will probably be moving out of that unit shortly. I also think the price for the space is ridiculous

- The down side is that they were out of the storage unit size that I had reserved two weeks in advance. The up side is that they upgraded me to a larger until for no more money. So that was a real plus for me to get that deal. The facility is safe and air conditioned. The customer service guy, Dave, did an excellent job straightening out some issues that the system had combining my existing and new storage shed. All in all, a very good experience, thanks! I wouldn't mind if they had more parking that is shaded, preferably covered parking. The trees there that give shade also get sticky stuff on your vehicle if you're there very long.
