- I reserved my unit online; however, when I met with the staff member decided to upgrade to a larger unit on the first floor. Tory was very accommodating and helpful during the set up process. I picked the facility based on location and price; very glad the facilities have secured access. The only con would be the parking outside the gate - I've been there a few times and it has been packed each time.
