- The price, location and condition of the CubeSmart is great. The Manager of the place (Jennifer) is less than friendly. I came in early to take care of all the rental aggreement and work with another person and she did a fabulous job. I then came in with two truck loads of packages and was met with a lock on my unit. I went to the office to get it removed and the manager had someone she was assisting. She asked me what I needed and i told her that my unit had a lock on it. She gave me a role of the eye. She then asked me if I would take the key and unlock the unit and bring it back. It was quite a walk to my unit, I unlocked it and proceeded to unload the two trucks that took about 30 minutes. She came to my unit very agitated as if I inconvenienced her because she had to ride in her golf cart to retrieve the Key and lock. Not a very friendly person.

- Good enough. Space I got had a door vs roll up. Adequate for my needs. Lock setup and access on par with others I have rented. A bit of debris on floors in hallways and in elevator, but it was a Sunday, so if folks dropped stuff, I suppose no one is around to monitor or clean it up. Lights come on as you walk inside the air condition area. Overall, it meets my needs. Not sure what else to say except that I was able to get in, although keypads were not reading my cell phone bluetooth signals but eventually the elevator door worked. But had to manually use keypad for gate access. So, something for management to check, but I got in and out no problem. Cart had something spilled on it but there were two carts and I always carry hand wipes.
