Review: This unit has to be the best price in this part of town. Some of the units are temperature controlled, and they really felt like they were going to stay cool even in summer. Decent part of town, and they offer access for a good portion of the day, so you don't have to come in during the hottest part of the day. Manager was knowledgeable and friendly, she made the whole process quick and easy. We got our reservation on Spare Foot, and it was honored and cut down our time to get set up.

Review: My storage was clean, and easy access. It was helped having a cart/dolly available to use to help move my things into storage. I will only now the quality of the temperature control once summer has come. I’m hoping it’s as good as the customer service.

Review: After I made a reservation at the McDowell/Scottsdale location I received a phone call from Jim who helped me when I arrived at the location. He was great in showing me the unit and since it didn't work for me Jim kindly transferred my reservation to the storage location in Tempe on McKillips road. When I arrived at the different location, John was great in showing me the unit and getting me all squared away with the paperwork. I will definitely tell anybody who needs storage to use Public Storage.

Review: I visited this store yesterday. I was looking for a large unit to store household items while my home is being remodeled this fall. I was greeted with a wonderful smile of one of your employees Michelle. She was very informative and understanding of my fears of storing my precious things. She completely sweet my mind at ease. And even got excited for my future changes. I will definitely be using them. Thank you Michelle.

Review: I been at public storage 1737 E. Mckellips Rd Tempe, AZ 85281 since the end of November beginning of December the last few months Karen has done a Great Job! She always makes herself available even when she is busy with other customers or occupants. I go to my storage at least 3 - 4 time a week at least.. 2 of those 4 times she is there to open the gate for me or greet me, or open the gate as I exit.. It is impossible to please everyone but she sure tries.. And I must say she is no push over either stand her ground when it comes to protecting the integrity of the business. I would give Karen a 4.5 star rating but there is no half. She didn't get a 5 star because of the drain hill but that not her fault.. But overview I am pleased with my unit..

Review: Karen and Sandie are kind, generous and extremely helpful!! Over the years I have stored my belongings in at least 5 facilities in various parts of the country and several other Public Storage facilities in Arizona. Karen and Sandie at the 1737 E McKellips Rd facility make all the difference. We need more people like them in this world. If you are looking for a storage facility in this part of town, I highly recommend the McKellips Public Storage facility!! Kudos to Karen and Sandie!

Review: Wonderful service! the property manager was amazing! She made me feel so welcome and informative, I was paying with cash and I was short $28 and some change and she let me get my unit and move my stuff in and bring her the rest of the money a little later in the day when I came back to store another load, absolutely amazing, highly recommend! Karen (the manager) made the whole experience worth it even if I had to pay twice the price, still would've been worth it!

Review: I reserved my unit online; however, when I met with the staff member decided to upgrade to a larger unit on the first floor. Tory was very accommodating and helpful during the set up process. I picked the facility based on location and price; very glad the facilities have secured access. The only con would be the parking outside the gate - I've been there a few times and it has been packed each time.

Review: We used Public Storage in North Scottsdale (off Shea and 101), and are now at the one on McKellips Rd., South Scottsdale. Both have provided us with ease of mind regarding security, and both provided air controlled atmosphere, which was important to us to protect our belongings. The one in So. Scottsdale is an older unit, and to enter, one has to get out of the car to enter the code to open the gate. It would be nice to have a drive up keypad on the entering side. Other than that, our experience has been met with very friendly and helpful staff at both locations.
