- Sadly we did not rent the unit we had reservation for due to unforeseen circumstances but the unit and location are great and easy to access. The unit we were reserving was also climate controlled which is a plus for storing things in Texas due to the temperature extremes. The staff at the facility was very helpful and also assisted us with our Penske Truck rental turn in.

- The only problem was I was told I had use of a truck for free the first 25 miles. Got to storage and they no longer had the truck. Very inconvenient I really needed the truck and that was the main reason I took that storage. So I had to make 5 trips in my car instant of 1 like I was told. The people who answer the calls and the actual storage are not communicating

- This may have been only my experience, but I found direction difficult to understand and wound up in the wrong building, unloaded my car and pushed cart (very heavy ) around for awhile before landing back in office for another set of instructions. Turns out my locker was in another building. The buildings look complicated to a newbie
