- Moving is stressful enough, however when you put your 1,600 sq.ft. house in storage and you realize you have to much for the unit you already rented panic set it. I called the fabulous Heather and said I need another space and it's now 3:00 in the afternoon and she said we take our last reservation at 4:30 you start driving the 75 miles in your U-Haul. Of course traffic is heavy and you are hoping you get there in time and I did. When I walked in Trent was figuring out the best situation for me. I needed to be inside, heated and had a 2nd floor originally set-up. Trent not only got me into a 10x30 first floor heated, he worked out all the details so efficiently and quickly I couldn't be happier. Heather and Trent went the extra mile to help me get set-up, give me the best possible price (saved me money) and I'm on the first floor. That was the best, not having to go up the elevator I would have still be there. I've been there now several times at different times of the day, I always feel safe and secure. It's 2 miles for me to drive there from my new place. Couldn't be happier. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough, I'm grateful.

- Found a deal online and signed up, was promptly called by O. (One of the property managers onsite) to set up an appointment. Went in the next day to fill out paperwork, worked with O again and he was very helpful, friendly and was very knowledgeable about policies, products etc and able to answer any questions I had. Made great suggestions on moving products but didn't push them hard on me as some people do which was nice. I did end up buying a couple things I hadn't thought of based on his recommendation. He had me in and out of there in about 20 minutes. Have been to more updated storage facilities and this place is a little cheaper plus the customer service makes this place worth it!
