- I booked an inside unit online thinking it was climate control. I get to the property and Donna was very nice but not very helpful in the fact I should have been getting a unit that was comparable to what I had. She looked my account up and everything...it said I had two other climate controlled units. But it wasn't until actually going over to look at the unit, I asked oh these aren't climate controlled? And she informed me they weren't and they don't even have any available at that property. At this point, I had already started moving my stuff in. BUT, it probably would've been most helpful to suggest giving me a refund and me going to another property nearby. I did see other places that had them available. So now I'm just salty every time I pull up to this property and access my storage because it's like working outside. I have to sweat like a pig. My stuff is going to be somewhat ruined due to being in the heat. I asked Donna if there was anything I could do but I felt stuck being all my stuff was moved in and I was locked into this contract.

- I was looking for a storage unit to fit my needs but wasn't sure what size unit I needed... the site manager was more than helpful in asking the right questions to help me find the Perfect unit... she help find me a unit closer to the Elevators... there were PLENTY of handcart to help unload my stuff... the unit was very clean and the top was properly covered, so no worries of unwanted dust.. she helped me find discounts online for my storage and even helped me to get a Truck rental through them that way i can save gas/Mileage and also be done with the truck once I offloaded it....overall Best Storage service yet... I will recommend anyone to get a storage unit here..

- I rented for over a year. I was told the $15/month insurance was required. I could use my own lock though. Rates went from $155 to $180 to $229 in one year. Ridiculous!!!! I found another unit, larger and in the same location, thanks to Tina, for $180. I also understand the insurance was not required, as I have my own. Tina is the only reason I stayed at PS!
