- When I contacted sparefoot I was told this location had gate access 24/7, when I got to the storage location I was told there was a monthly fee to have 24/7 gate access. Gina was extremely helpful in getting me all the information I needed for their other location that had free 24/7 access but ultimately the deal I was getting at her location was worth staying there. Had she not been so kind and helpful I might have gone to a different location or storage company altogether, but her customer service is what kept me there. I appreciate all her help in getting me not only a unit I needed but also a good deal!!!
