The signup process wasn't too long, and any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. I was shown the unit and how to access the property, and then was quickly on my way to putting my belongings in storage. The staff has undergone some changes over the last year, but they all have been great to work with. The property is well lit at night, and I had no problem working with a 27' moving van there.
