- I've never rent a storage unit before and the man who called to confirm my appointment was informative and very currents to my lack of knowledge. He walked me through everything I would need during my appointment and gave me an accurate acessment of the time it would take to fill out paperwork and set up my account. When I got to my appointment, the weekend employee was so nice and friendly, I didn't feel at all foolish for fumbling through the set up or confused. The unit was exactly the size I needed and clean. The employee then help explain where I could park my vehicle without it being in the way or towed and personally put on the hand dolly and showed me how the latch worked. When I came back from loading up my belongings she was so nice to let me finish unloading and putting things in my unit to close out the paperwork. Best service and first experience I could ever ask for! Thank you!
