- From finding them in a suitable location in a online search, to moving in; the process/service was seamless. To me, they have done their homework. I am able to move in an out of the facility with ease. I would have preferred 24/7 access but that was not available. The gate access procedure is missing detail or maybe I missed it; there is on gate for entering and a different gate for exiting. I was using the entrance gate both ways until the manager informed me. I am satisfied with the facilty

- My brother lent me his storage unit. Chris, the manager at SS Crozet, was very friendly, helpful and set me up with the Noke ("No Key") ap for access. He was very chill and a pleasure to deal with. This is the first climate-controlled place I've dealt with and it's wonderful to be inside, away from the heat while you're unloading. Definitely recommend this SS. (Knowing my brother, I'm certain he shopped around, so their prices must be competitive, too.)
