We were really under time pressure to make our flight, and they expedited the process and got us on our way. The facility is clean and most importantly secure. - Wow! I didn't expect a self-storage place to get customer service. I was asked about what I needed and expected from them. They then talked about how they could adjust to give me what I needed. The place is clean, has on-site manager, cameras, gate and plenty of room to get trucks in and out. The staff wants to know your needs and matches them to get the best experience for you. In fact, you can sign some paperwork, leave a key and they will accept deliveries and put them in your unit. They aren't the cheapest - but I would bet they are one of the best and best value - if not the best. Totally worth it! The security gate/cameras/watchfulness of the staff is excellent, but felt that the descriptor of "extremely secure" felt like an army base, which this is not.
