- I needed a storage unit for some small stuff cluttering up my apartment. I attempted a different storage place first, and they gave me the runaround and wanted all sorts of documents. I ended up canceling that reservation and going to public storage instead. The small unit I needed was reasonably priced, and the lady I dealt with in the office was awesome. I even had an issue with my pass code, and she got it fixed in no time. All around great experience.

- Signing up for a storage unit was easy, secure and fast. The unit itself was clean, easily accessible and in excellent condition. In fact the whole facility was very well maintained. The phone and onsite staff were pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted by the maintenance man onsite who was wonderful and made us feel welcome right away. He offered us help for whatever we might need. Little did I know that I would need to take up his offer right away. I forgot to bring the key to open the lock on the truck! One call brought our new friend right away with bolt cutters to solve our problem, saving us hours and hours of time. Thank you SO much! He has our vote for employee of several months!

- It's so easy to rent here.You can do it all online, just show up, sign some paperwork, pick up your lock and go to your storage. The only complaint I have about this particular storage location is that they do not have any carts or anything like that. And a lot of other storage facilities do provide those especially when you're doing elevator trips, because you can't hold the door open you also don't want to carry one thing at a time. Very clean.It was really surprised at how clean it was.

- Really nice place. I feel very at ease knowing all our possession are safe & secure. Great staff.. they are really friendly & so helpful. My only complaint...I wish you were open just a little longer in the evening. But for all the other plusses, this was a minor thing. Also, this was a last minute move. It was almost 7p when we called & Klint said he would stay late & wait for us. Great customer service. I was in customer service for over 40 years. To many people won't go the extra mile for anyone but Klint did. He's a great representative for your company!
