- It's so easy to rent here.You can do it all online, just show up, sign some paperwork, pick up your lock and go to your storage. The only complaint I have about this particular storage location is that they do not have any carts or anything like that. And a lot of other storage facilities do provide those especially when you're doing elevator trips, because you can't hold the door open you also don't want to carry one thing at a time. Very clean.It was really surprised at how clean it was.

- Great customer service. We were in a hurry and the manager was able to register us quickly and painlessly. He even gave a price slightly less than what had been quoted to us, which is always a good thing. The unit is conveniently located near the freeway. My only constructive criticism is about the trucks and other trailers lining some of the alleys that made it a little difficult to maneuver our trailer when unloading.

- I was disappointed that the staff didn't contact me to let me know the Truck was available for half the day both days I needed to use it, even though I was told they would. The gate wasn't closed all of the way when I moved in which is a huge concern for me. I know someone lives on the property but there is a lot of people going in and out of the gate and it doesn't close securely. The other gate is left open during business hours, so someone could sneak in with the gate ajar.
