- Customer service is poor but you get what you pay for. I think almost every storage unit has some maintenance, opening, and insurance fees. So if youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re storing more than 6 months youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll definitely save. However for me Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m storing 3 months and really did not save a bunch. It did take me over an hour just to get my 5x10 unit. Also using spare foot was a bad idea. Had a bunch of issues using a third party.

I got lost on the way there I called and Marc gave me directions and waited outside for me .I was shown the size of the unit , how to use the code to get in , the hours , the carts and where to park . Marc was able to find me a better unit for cheaper before I signed my lease . I would 1000000 % recommend Extra Space Storage .

- Everything is very well organized and clean. Wish the price could be a little lower. I tried two times to see someone in the office, both at times when they were supposed to be open and I had a little distance to travel each time and both times they were closed. I finally got service from another Public Storage closer to me. I would have put my things in that unit except the price was much higher. The receptionist was able to sign me in for the Lehi facility though so I did not have to go back there again until I actually moved. It is not in a very convenient location but everything ran smoothly.
