The rep who handled my account, Jack, was as pleasant as can be (I am from Louisiana). Southern hospitality goes a long way for us Southern FolksГ°ЕёЛњЕ . Jack answered every question and made me feel extremely comfortable with the experience. I hired a moving company to move my daughter's belongings. My daughter had returned to Louisiana for the summer so we were reliant on Jack to helps us coordinate with the movers. We purchased a lock from Prime Storage. Jack made sure all the belongings fit in the storage space, locked the door, and then placed the key in an envelope in a secure place at their facility. Upon my daughter's return to Utah for the next semester, she can pick up the key to retrieve her belongings. Jack and the team at Prime Storage were simply amazing. I will definitely use them again.

- Everything is very well organized and clean. Wish the price could be a little lower. I tried two times to see someone in the office, both at times when they were supposed to be open and I had a little distance to travel each time and both times they were closed. I finally got service from another Public Storage closer to me. I would have put my things in that unit except the price was much higher. The receptionist was able to sign me in for the Lehi facility though so I did not have to go back there again until I actually moved. It is not in a very convenient location but everything ran smoothly.
