- Kinder made my experience very easy and seemless process. I had reserved and rented a 10x15 climate controlled space... Not really what I wanted but was all they had.The paper work was done and we began to unload into our unit... Then we happened to notice someone cleaning out an 10x25 drive up access unit, which was what I was really looking for. I went back to the office and explained to Lindee what we saw and asked if that unit was now available? She made a call and I was able to transfer to the new unit. The one I really needed and looking for.... She was very kind and professional and I was thankful she was willing to redo all the paperwork and make the calls necessary to gain access to the unit I really was looking for... So thank you Lindee!

- Customer service just does not seem to be what it used to be, but Kimberly brought back memories of days past long ago. First of all, I called a couple of times but the line was busy. I got a call back from Kimberly to my surprise as I had not left a message. She called back as she saw I was trying to reach them. Then she walked me through the process. Showed me a couple of units.
