I had just paid 3 months in advance, this was in January 2021 and they still have not credited my $135.00 over payment. I have contacted them 4 or 5 times by now spending hours of my time going over and over this. Also I thought it was a bit shady as soon as I showed proof of home insurance to lower the bill, they raised the rent the next month. But really just be careful paying in advance, you will never see a return it appears.
