- The first day I moved in the the unit door was damaged, it was already bent and it came off the tracks so it got stuck. I had to wait for the manager to call someone else to figure out what to do about it. They never answered her calls, she tried again after sometime and the told her to call a nearby storage to see if they had a hammer. There was a gentleman here that got it to work. I still have to roll the door open and close with care so that it doesn’t come off track again. I was told I could possibly be moved to another storage but I had already moved all my stuff in so that would have been a lot of work for me since it’s a 10x20. It would have been nice if they had offered to repair the door. That was never an option. Not satisfied with this property at all. The lady on duty that day really tried to help and was very apologetic but I understand she can’t make the right decisions on her own, there is a manager that she hasd to get approval from.
