- Our first trip we had a 16ft trailer and because the gate is so close to the road , we could not pull in because the gate was closed and we would have blocked both lanes of traffic. My wife had to get out of our truck and cross the street while i waited in a lane of traffic , to enter our code. Then I could pull in. Very dangerous! Also we rented ONE space 40ft x 15ft. When we got there we found out it was actually 4 individual spaces side by side and not one large space. Very deceptive sales tactics. We had a loaded trailer and had driven 100 miles to get there so we had no choice. Not happy at all and may look for another place before we bring any more of our belongings there .

- My family and I moved to the Houston area from Virginia and were needing some storage options while we look for a house. This area has a ton of storage spots, but I haven’t found a single one that is as nice of a facility, super friendly customer service, and excellent rates as 10 Federal! We had gotten a large unit elsewhere but needed somewhere to park our trailer and RV. These folks were phenomenal from start to finish, and had a perfect covered parking spot at an extremely competitive rate! (if you know this area and value your vehicle, COVERED parking is a must!!) I signed up, filled out all the paperwork (no more than 10min tops), and was contacted the next day to verify we were still coming. Excellent customer service and super friendly staff!! If you’re in this area and would like a much better storage facility than some national chain in a high crime area or right off the interstate, I highly recommend 10 Federal off Honea Egypt Rd!
