- First time renting storage space. Reserved online, but website did not state a cylinder lock is obligatory to have. Office at location did sell but price ($20 tax) was a little expensive to me. We tried purchasing elsewhere but none available. Location manager was slightly rude and had some attitude when I explained to her I had a stainless steel hardware lock. In the end, I had to buy the lock in the office after manager threatened to place a sticker on the storage unit to limit my access to it. I understand rules and regulations, but website did not state. And, manager could've been a bit more tactful when explaining.

- I got a good product at a reasonable rate....but then i had to get another 5x5 in the same area and it cost me almost as much as both of the 10x10's that i got. I feel I got RIPPED OFF in a moment of need. I didn't get told about it until signing document and the agent was very "non-caring" about...really not a good experience at all.

- The manager, Brandy, called to introduce herself after I made my reservation online. She was very friendly. She was not available when I we went to sign papers but Aime was very helpful. She even tried to find a unit closer to the front as I have a broken foot and am in a boot. The only negative is that the process was a little longer that we had anticipated.

- This is not climate controlled , only the first floor. The second floor is not. I spoke with the owner and the manager they said they don't care. I told them if it was climate controlled i will not sweat just standing doing nothing. So don't get storage in this facility. Spare foot promised that it was climate controlled. I guess it is not their fault.

- Disappointed to se that the storage unit is not 10x10, a bit smaller like 9x8. Very high, but not the size indicated. Very difficult to get my 15 foot U-Haul in to unload. Had to back up into the drive in front of my locker because the dumpster was in the way. Still a good location, should not be that much for the room that was promised.
