NEITHER ONE DID A D**N THING ABOUT IT AND WHEN OUR UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO, THE CURRENT FACILITY MANAGER SAW US COME IN, WAVED THEN LEFT THE PROPERTY AND WOULDNT ANSWER ANY PHONE CALLS. FENCE ON THE BACK OF PROPERTY WAS CUT OPEN, OUR CYLINDER LOCK CUT OFF, ALONG WITH ANOTHER UNITS, AND THINGS WERE STOLEN... THIS FACILITY DOES NOT CARE, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EVEN LIVE IN THE SAME STATE AND THEY DON'T CARE. THEY DON'T LISTEN TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY ABOUT ANYTHING, JUST THAT THEY WWILL CONTACT THE FACILITY MANAGER TO FIGURE OUT WHATS GOING ON.
