Online rental was a breeze and the rates are the best around. Getting into the facility and getting to my unit is easy as there is plenty of space to drive through the facility, even in a big truck or pulling a trailer while other people are there. The units are clean and easy to access.

- Cheap, but took about 3 hours to get in on the say of the move. Nobody works on site. Had to call in and felt like my identify was being stolen the entire time. Small entrance so I had to park down the street to avoid clogging the entrance for 3 hours. Since nobody works on site I was given a spot I couldn't fit into, but was able to change to another spot, though there was confusion since numerous spots weren't labeled.

- After finally getting a reservation set up, I contacted the facility to make sure they had both truck and dolly, the person assured me he would be there at 9:00 a.m. for me to pick up the equipment. I arrived a little early. At 9:00 it was still closed. At 9:15 I called the main office of U-Haul. They were able to get a new location. Because of this, I was not able to get to the storage in time and thus had to get a higher cost storage.
