- After I made the initial reservation of the storage unit, I was quickly contacted by phone from a gentleman named Randy. He explained the whole process to me; it was quick, it was easy and he was very informative and friendly. In less than 15 minutes, I received by email the contract lease and was able to electronically sign it without any problems. It was an overall very nice and short experience. After work I came by the office to meet Randy (and Nikki) and was told where my unit was located and how to obtain the key. This facility is extremely clean, and I love all the security and surveillance cameras.

I went into the app. it opens the gate but not my lock to my unit. I've send numerous messages for my combo. no response??? I need to get into my unit.
