- My only complaints are wishing there were a few more drive up / elevator points, but, that's really not a major issue since carts are available. Second, the administrative/setup fee is a bit steep for a process that could be done via link online and simply verified when I come in and show my ID the first time. I could set up all info, automatic payment, even get the insurance info/options online. The declarations page necessity for insurance is also pretty irritating since not all insurance companies do things the same way. I should be able to use my C sheet and/or if I signed up ahead of time have my insurance company write the letter that clearly states all off-premises storage units are covered for me at 100% of my coverage - which is way more than I am getting for the monthly fee here. And since they are willing to write it out TO CubeSmart - they obviously mean they are providing the coverage being required. Other than that - the check-in process is easy enough and the Managers (one in training) were efficient and very kind. The storage facility itself is immaculate and feels safe and secure and an even ambient temperature. The price is just right since it's near work (the same company near my house is way more expensive just because of location). I'd definitely recommend CubeSmart to a friend!

- I decided on this service based on Internet specials and location. I was surprised by two fees, monthly insurance and admin fee, but they were not too unreasonable. I just wish it was clear that I would have to pay those when I made my reservation. Customer service wasn't bad. Facility is well secured and cared for. One cool thing is they have a free moving truck to use when you move in!
