This is a better facility with wider spaces so I am hoping there are no issues. The spot is even covered! It is extremely expensive, but I was glad to have found a spot in a pinch. Customer service was incredible! The representative was very helpful and made the leasing and move in process smooth! The location is also convenient. Easy to get in and out with a camper as well.

- I’ve been here three times in the last two weeks to put my stuff in my storage unit. The sign says they close at nine. I was here at 8:40. It wouldn’t let me in. I was here at 7:55. It wouldn’t let me I’ve now come during the daytime and both elevators are not working. no notice or not notification that the elevators were out. No sign on the door by the trolleys so I did not know the elevators were out until I went to the elevators to go to my unit. I have to put everything back in my car. The girl inside at the customer service desk said there’s no other way to get up except to use the stairs. Very disappointed.
